2. If you received an SMS sent with Viesti Cloud

The organisation that sent you the message is the controller of your data, and we process it only on their behalf. To use your rights, or to stop receiving messages, contact that organisation. We use your mobile number and the message content only to deliver the message. The Service does not store them, and our SMS gateway deletes message records automatically after [X] days.

3. Website visitors

This website uses no cookies or analytics. When you visit it, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect the service from misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website. These logs are short-lived.

4. Customers and their contact persons

We process the names, email addresses, phone numbers, organisations and invoicing details of our customers’ contact persons. We use them to deliver the Service, communicate with customers and invoice. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with the customer and our legitimate interest in managing customer relationships. We keep the data while the customer relationship lasts. Accounting records are kept for as long as the Finnish Accounting Act requires.

5. Service providers

• Vercel Inc. hosts the Service and this website on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Vercel is a US company, and any transfer outside the EEA is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• ONLINECITY.IO ApS (GatewayAPI), Denmark, delivers SMS messages to mobile operators.
• Our accounting firm processes invoicing data.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
